I pledge to sell your home in 121 days or less. It is a common practice in the real estate industry for sellers to sign a one year listing contract. I have never understood why any seller would sign a one year listing contract with a real estate agent. Why would a seller be willing to let their home languish on the market for a year? I won’t take a one year listing contracts. I believe if I don’t bring you an offer, within 121 days or less, you need a new agent.
